Indianapolis Colts vs. Kansas City Chiefs Preview and Predictions

Michael SchotteyNFL National Lead WriterDecember 17, 2012

One of the best young quarterbacks in the NFL meets one of the worst in the league as Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts head to Kansas City to take on Brady Quinn and the Chiefs in Week 16.

The Colts (9-5) were embarrassed by the Houston Texans in Week 15 and are clearly not quite as good as their record might indicate. However, Ryan Grigson deserves a lot of credit for the team he's put together in year one and the coaching staff has kept this young team together through a lot of adversity. Bright futures ahead, to be sure, but the Colts might have an uphill climb to make any noise in this year's postseason. In this game, however, the Colts should expect to cruise.

The Chiefs (2-12) are as bad as their record would indicate, but much of that has to do with the lack of talent under center. Had the Chiefs gotten anything out of their quarterbacks in 2012, they'd be a .500 team. The Chiefs will hope to rebound with another good offseason, and fans are already praying for losses and better draft position.

So, which of these teams wins in Week 16? Josh Zerkle, Evan Adrian and I give you our thoughts in the video above. Leave us yours in the comments below.
