WWE TLC 2012 Results: Team Rhodes Scholars Def. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara

The pay-per-view started cold with Lillian Garcia in the ring. She asks for a moment of silence while the bell is tolled 26 times out of respect for the victims of the horrific Newtown shooting.

Sandow, who received a huge pop, cut a heel promo on Brooklyn hipsters. Cody Rhodes followed suit.

Mysterio and Sin Cara dumped Rhodes and Sandow outside before going for the tables. Rhodes and Sandow isolated Sin Cara after throwing Mysterio under the bottom rope.

Rhodes and Sin Cara were left alone in the ring after Sin Cara low-bridged Sandow.

Team Rhodes Schoalrs took control of the match on the outside. The pair used a table to strike the steel steps while Sin Cara's leg was lodged in between.

Cody's Moustache chants broke out as Team Rhodes Scholars set up a pair of tables outside of the ring. An attempt to dive onto Mysterio and Sin Cara was interrupted by Mysterio. Mysterio began his comeback on Team Rhodes Scholars. Sin Cara too made a comeback on Sandow, scoring a dive to the outside on Sandow.

In the ring, Mysterio countered an Alabama Slam attempt by Rhodes and followed up with a 619. Sandow interrupted an ensuing attempt for Mysterio to make a splash through the table.

Sin Cara tried a springboard attempt but was pushed off the top rope and went through a table.
