Eli Manning 161 yards passing and 2 INT's. He has seen good pressure today by the Falcons front four but he has also been very inaccurate.
By the way the Redskins' Kirk Cousins has 261 yards and 2 TD's today. Washington may have two good quarterbacks.
Ryan finishes the day 23-28 for 270 yards. He had 3 TD's passing, not four like a mistakenly reported a few minutes ago.
Lumpkin fumbles and the Falcons recover. It looks like the Giants will get shut out for the first time in seven years.
I know that Manning has never missed an NFL game but he still should not be playing right now. The less than 1 percent he gets hurt is not worth keeping him in.

Falcons driving with the ball on the Giants 26-yard line. Under eight minutes left in the game.
I can't say that the Falcons played today like they wanted revenge for last year's playoff loss. The Giants simply didn't play well. If the Giants play a good game we have a tight contest at this point. The Falcons get some credit for New York's poor effort but a lot of it falls on the Giants shoulders.
The last time New York was shut out in the regular season was all the way back on Dec. 1 1996 in Philadelphia.

19-yard field goal by Matt Bryant makes it 27-0 Falcons very late in the 3rd quarter. The Giants might as well watch the Redskins/Browns game in the locker room during the 4th quarter. This game is over.

Washington leads Cleveland 17-14 early in the 3rd quarter and they are looking to extend their lead. They are inside the Browns 20-yard line.
Jaquan Williams had no chance of tackling Tony Gonzalez in the open field there. 1st down Falcons at the Giants 25-yard line.

Harry Douglas has hurt the Giants today with 47 yards on two catches. He was wide open on that third and long conversion.
The Giants have outgained the Falcons 238 yards to 214 yards. Turnovers and bad execution on 3rd and 4th down have killed New York.
Good pressure by the Falcons front four leads to a Manning 4th down pass getting batted down. New York once again fails to score deep in Atlanta territory.
