UFC on FX serves as the finale for The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes, a version of the long-running reality show featuring teams from the United Kingdom and Australia.

Headlining are the coaches from the season, Ross Pearson and George Sotiropoulos. They have built quite the personal animosity over the taping of the show.

Here are five reasons you can't miss Friday night's event.

Invasion of the Prospects

If there is one thing that is true about the card in Australia, it is that there are a lot of young guys featured throughout the card.

Guys from the show, such as Mike Wilkinson, Ben Alloway and Robert Whittaker are on the card. Plus non-show prospects such as Cody Donovan and Yaotzin Meza will be fighting to prove they belong in the UFC.

A lot of the guys on the card will be fighting to earn a spot with the UFC. These guys could become main card players at some point.

Fireworks are bound to happen when Joey Beltran and Igor Pokrajac meet in the cage. Both men are bangers that will put on a show, so if entertainment is what you are looking for, entertainment is what you will get.

Beltran could get hit by a bazooka and keep moving forward. Pokrajac throws pure power into every strike he throws.

How can this fight not be good?

Many people are really looking forward he middleweight collision between Rousimar Palhares and Hector Lombard, and can you blame them?

Both guys are coming off losses and can launch themselves back into contention with a win. Palhares is the undisputed leg lock king, while Lombard can crush anybody with one punch.

The Freakshow

Storming the UFC with one of the strangest, most intriguing personalities in MMA is Colin Fletcher. "Freakshow" displayed his oddball personality on TUF, but he seems to be a genuinely fun guy to watch.

He has skills too. The man earned a spot in the finals of the lightweight tournament by beating Ben Wall and Richie Vaculik.

TUF finales are usually some of the best cards to watch because most of the fighters are fighting for a contract. Therefore, one should expect this card to be great.

Ross Pearson, Chad Mendes, George Sotiropoulos, Robert Whittaker, Joey Beltran and Igor Pokrajac are all representing themselves on the card. Most of these guys bring the fight whenever they step in the Octagon, so be sure to tune in.
