The NBA's a funny league in that players make so much more than coaches. Not only that, but players hold more sway than coaches for reasons divorced from paychecks. One guy can have an incredible impact in a five-man sport. With LeBron James, the Cavs won more regular-season games than anyone. Without LeBron James, the Cavs were the NBA's worst team.

So, NBA coaches often find themselves in a tricky political situation. We surveyed such situations and took a look at which players hold the most power over their supposed bosses.
