Stephanie McMahon Legitimately Hurt at WWE RAW Last Night?

Last night on WWE RAW, we saw a very good ending in which Legacy handcuffed Triple H to the top ring rope and proceeded to beat him down. Soon Stephanie McMahon came out to try and help him.

We all knew it made no sense for her to come out to not just one but three men. But she did, and we saw her get a DDT from Randy Orton for her credit.

But after RAW went off the air a referee saw that Stephanie was legitimately hurt and put up the dreaded "X" sign to signal a legit injury and for medical attention to come out.

Now this could be a plan by the WWE all along to keep the audience into it. They have done this before with Umaga. A week or so ago he had a match with Triple H.

He was thrown out of the ring, and was outside in pain. He was holding his ankle and the ref put up the "X" sign. Now at this same time Legacy came out and did a beat down on Triple H.

It was their plan all along to have Umaga hurt on the outside to sell the whole thing. Which is why I think they did the same thing here.

It was to help sell the DDT Orton gave her. She was passed out after the DDT the entire segment. So when the ref came in to help her out they couldn't just have her pop up and walk out.

So why not have her on a stretcher and sell the whole thing? It make sense and it gets the fans involved even more.

In other news, Ric Flair really did have to get treatment after he was busted open in the opening segment. We all know he is apparently the only guy who will bleed in every match and confrontation, but I have no idea why they wanted him to gig here anyway.

Of course Flair could have bleed on his own, but I doubt that was the case. In any case he was treated for it, and it doing OK as of right now. He is still on the card for Wrestlemania 25 as well.

What do you think about the WWE trying so much before Wrestlemania? Are they taking things to far?
