Green Bay police reported a season-high 18 arrests at the Packers' home game against the Lions on Sunday night. Of the 18 arrests, 12 people were cited for unlawful conduct at a public event. Four of them were also suspected of resisting arrest. Two people were arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession, while one person was cited for disorderly conduct. Three were accused of underage drinking, with two of them also cited for obstructing an officer.
