Pirates to Sign Jason Grilli

The Pirates have agreed to sign free agent reliever Jason Grilli to a two-year deal, Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports (on Twitter). Former MLB player Gary Sheffield represents the 36-year-old right-hander.
