Striker Fernando Torres has talked up the importance of the Club World Cup as Chelsea bid to win it for the first time.

Rafa Benitez's side, like Copa Libertadores winner Corinthians, have been seeded so will open their Japan campaign against Mexicans Monterrey in Thursday's semi-final.
