Will Triple H get one more run as World Champion?

I'm sure this title will get the keyboard warriors out in full force. Is there a more dividing character in the history of WWE?

You either love Triple H or you hate him. There is no middle ground with one of the greatest superstars in the history of the company.

It has been over two years since Triple H has held any version of the world title, as he has taken a back seat and a greater role in the running of the company that will eventually be his. During this time, the next generation has taken over with the title picture being dominated by people like CM Punk, Randy Orton, Seamus, John Cena and others.

The company has tried to move on from its previous superstars. However there is much debate as to whether or not it managed, and WWE has become increasingly reliant on previous superstars to keep ratings up. People like The Rock and Brock Lesnar have boosted ratings and veteran superstar The Big Show is currently carrying the World Heavyweight title while the powers that be decide where to take the title next.

I was shocked when Seamus lost to the Big Show. However, many people felt that it was a vindication of the career Big Show has had, and that he deserved a decent run with one of the main belts before his career is over.

If anybody deserves one more run with the gold, it is Triple H. He has dedicated his life to the business and over the last few years has started to put others above himself, the most recent example being his feud with Brock Lesnar.

I would love to see Triple H get one more run with the belt before he retires from in-ring action. He is still in great shape and at 43 could easily wrestle at the top level for a couple more years at least. He is a living legend and deserves to go out with a bang.
