The Carolina Panthers and the San Diego Chargers are facing off in Week 15 and the head coach who loses this game could be working for work as early as Monday morning.
The Panthers (4-9) are coming off of a huge win against the Atlanta Falcons, but have been an overall disappointment in 2012. Ron Rivera's defense hasn't been great and Cam Newton hasn't been able to carry the team like he did as a rookie. While there have been whispers of "sophomore slump," the team around him needs to shoulder just as much scrutiny. With a new general manager on the way, Rivera and company are auditioning for their jobs.
The Chargers (5-8) have their own personnel issues to worry about and both A.J. Smith and Norv Turner are rumored to be on the outs. That said, they're coming off of an unlikely win of their own against the Pittsburgh Steelers. A march toward 8-8 and the second play spot in the AFC West could save a lot of jobs (whether the Chargers' faithful like it or not.)
So, who wins in Week 15? Josh Zerkle, Evan Adrian and I give you our thoughts in the video above, leave us yours in the comments below.
