The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 14, winning by a score of 23-21.
Rookie quarterback Nick Foles had a monster game for the Eagles, passing for 381 yards and leading his team down the field for two touchdown drives with less than four minutes remaining to win the game.
Rookie running back Bryce Brown was stymied all game long by the Buccaneers run defense, which held him to just six yards on 12 carries.
Jason Avant and Jeremy Maclin both hauled in seven or more catches for over 100 yards, and Maclin caught the game-winning touchdown pass from Foles with zeroes on the game clock.
Josh Freeman played adequately in defeat, passing for 189 yards with two touchdowns and zero interceptions, and Vincent Jackson had another big game for the Bucs, catching six passes for 131 yards and one touchdown.
Rookie running back Doug Martin broke off 128 yards and one touchdown on 28 carries, but the Buccaneers defense didn't have an answer for Foles and the Eagles offense late in the fourth quarter.
The Eagles improved to 4-9 on the season and will host the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday Night Football in just four days' time, while the Buccaneers fell to 6-7 and will travel to face the New Orleans Saints next Sunday.
