Charlotte Bobcats rookie Michael Kidd-Gilchrist got in early foul trouble Friday (two in first six minutes), which is not uncommon this season. But coach Mike Dunlap tells Kidd-Gilchrist he’d rather the rookie foul out than become passive defensively.
