On the list of speakers and presenters at Friday's football celebration at Ohio State, the name of Athletic Director Gene Smith -- miscast by fans as the Great Nullifier -- was missing. OSU officials probably feared he would be booed at the 12-and-0-and-nowhere-to-go party at St. John Arena.
