When your team is in the gutter, blame can be placed in many places. Players and coaches can end up getting the brunt, but more often than not, the bad decisions come straight from the top. Bad ownership not only affects teams in the present, but can also have ripple effects for years to come.

No one said owning a team is easy, but some of the worst are not who you'd think. Michael Jordan is pretty unfamiliar with not winning, but in his tenure as owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, MJ found out first-hand what losing is all about.

Daniel Snyder has kept Redskins fans guessing with his constant head-scratching personnel changes, and James Dolan has kept New York basketball and hockey in a stranglehold for years.

There's no list long enough for all the bad front offices out there, but here's a list of who we think are some of the worst owners in sports...
