With Mike Nugent being injured during a Wednesday morning walkthrough, the Bengals have signed Josh Brown. The 10-year veteran, who has kicked for Seattle and St. Louis, emerged as the best choice in a tryout that also included Neil Rackers and Billy Cundiff.
