The Boston Celtics were trailing the Minnesota Timberwolves at home on Wednesday night, but they turned on the afterburners in the second half and emerged with a 104-94 victory.
Kevin Garnett was one of several Celtics players who showed up at TD Garden, scoring 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting while adding 10 rebounds and four assists.
Boston shot 53 percent from the field in the contest, while Minnesota shot 44 percent. The Timberwolves were also 14-of-30 from the free-throw line.
