Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Boston Celtics 12/5/12: Video Highlights and Recap

The Boston Celtics were trailing the Minnesota Timberwolves at home on Wednesday night, but they turned on the afterburners in the second half and emerged with a 104-94 victory.

Kevin Garnett was one of several Celtics players who showed up at TD Garden, scoring 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting while adding 10 rebounds and four assists.

Boston shot 53 percent from the field in the contest, while Minnesota shot 44 percent. The Timberwolves were also 14-of-30 from the free-throw line.

Like Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett continues to prove that age is just a number when you are a multiple-time All-Star and have a dynamic skill-set. Garnett scored at an impressive rate, rebounded the basketball and even added some dimes in the victory.

Minnesota hosts the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday. The Cavaliers are led by second-year point guard and former No. 1 overall pick Kyrie Irving, who was averaging 22.9 points and 5.6 assists headed into Wednesday's games.
