Cal wide receiver/returner Keenan Allen announced Wednesday that he intends to forego his senior season at Cal and enter the 2013 NFL Draft. Allen finishes his Cal career as the school's all-time leader with 205 receptions, while ranking third with 2,570 receiving yards and seventh with 17 touchdown catches.
