Most-Improved NFL Team from Week 13

It’s tough to feel sorry for a franchise with six Super Bowls, but going into Sunday the Pittsburgh Steelers' injury situation had become truly depressing.

Lineman, safeties, linebackers and their top two QB’s, the Black and Gold have been hopelessly black and blue this entire season.

After an eight-turnover loss against the Browns last week, you wouldn’t have blamed Mike Tomlin and Co. for chalking this year up to bad luck and tanking for a better draft position.

Instead, Pittsburgh trots an ancient Charlie Batch into Baltimore and steals a game from under the nose of their archrival.

It was not pretty or even particular well played—for example see Emmanuel Sanders’ fumble—but it was the gutsiest win of this NFL season.

Take a look at this Week’s "Most-Improved Player" video to see why beating Baltimore not only keeps the playoff dreams alive for fans in the Steel City, but reminds us that great franchises don’t fold when the going gets tough.
