Tottenham Fan Adam Richman of "Man vs. Food" Gets Weepy at White Hart Lane

The host of Man vs. Food has an insatiable appetite for all things Tottenham Hotspur, making his recent visit to White Hart Lane an emotional one.

By the end of the video (h/t Yahoo Sports), you will like Adam Richman more than you did before.

Seeing as how he has based his show on eating food while adding charm and humor, it's a tall task to accomplish.

The host of a show steeped in eating ridiculous amounts of food for the amusement of others takes a far more reflective look at his favorite sports team, Tottenham.

He gets a firsthand look at hardware, memorabilia and the famed pitch at White Hart Lane. It's the moment he sees the gorgeous green field that he begins to cry (1:38 mark).

Most of us have been fortunate enough to get lost in the grace and grandeur of an up-close look at our favorite sports teams.

I still smile when I enter Chavez Ravine to get a fresh look at Dodgers Stadium for my first game of the spring. I have to say I would be rather lost for words if I ever get my chance at stepping foot into Stamford Bridge.

So I understand where this foodie is coming from.

I already enjoyed watching Richman take down six pounds of food but also share in his appreciation of football.

Someone get this man a burrito.

Hit me up on Twitter and we can hold one another.
