Patrick Ramsey has announced that he will choose between the Patriots and the Titans to be his next team.

Sources say that he will pick the Patriots because he would have to battle with inexperienced quaterbacks Matt Guitrrez and Kevin O'Connell. But if he pick the Titans, he will probably not play because he will be behind Vince Young and Kerry Collins.

Ramsey, threw for 19 yards last year behind Jay Cutler for the Denver Broncos.
