Who Should Replace NFL Coaches That Are on the Hot Seat?

By this point, with roughly a month left in the 2012 NFL regular season, the head coaches on the hot seat are pretty well-established.

The usual suspects, such as Andy Reid and Norv Turner, are as good as gone. But who takes over once they're gone?

In the video above, Josh Zerkle and I run down a list of five NFL coaching jobs that should be available at the end of the regular season (if not before), and give our suggestions to ownership in regards to who should be the man for the job.

Of course, there are the familiar names (hello, Jon Gruden), but I think you might be surprised with some of our choices—and maybe not so surprised by others.

Let us know in the comments below what you think of the guys we've suggested and who you think might make a good head coach in the towns we've mentioned.
