Rookie running back Trent Richardson banged away at the Raiders defensive front for a hard-earned 72 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries.
Rookie wide receiver Josh Gordon had a monster day, logging six catches for 116 yards and a touchdown.
Tight end Brandon Myers also had a huge game in defeat for the Raiders, tallying 13 receptions for 130 yards and one touchdown.
The Browns improved to 4-8 with the victory and will host the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 14, while the Raiders fell to 3-9 and will host the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football in four days.
