It was one of the worst 24 hours for the Kansas City Chiefs. With one of their own involved in a tragic murder-suicide, the Chiefs mustered an impressive and extremely emotional win over the Panthers, 27-21.

Other winners in Week 13 include the Texans, who are 11-1 and clinched a playoff berth. Also, the Patriots have now won the AFC East for the fourth straight year with a 23-16 win over Miami. Congrats to Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos as they are now AFC West champs, thanks to a 31-23 win over the Bucs. Manning, another day at the office, as he threw for 242 yards and three touchdowns.

Speaking of winners, the Falcons won the NFC South by just sitting at home on Sunday. Thanks to Tampa Bay's loss, the Falcons are NFC South champs.

Come on, 49ers. Really? First you tie the Rams and now you lose in OT? San Francisco was a likely pick to make the Super Bowl out of the NFC, but you have to question how dominant they are when they can't get a win from the Rams in two tries. 49ers, big Week 13 losers.

Thursday Night Football may have seemed like a lifetime ago, but we didn't forget Drew Brees' performance—or lack thereof. Brees tossed five interceptions and had his 54-straight TD streak snapped. More importantly, the Saints' playoffs hopes seemed to have dimmed a lot.
