Cincinnati Bengals vs. San Diego Chargers: Live Score, Highlights and Analysis

The Cincinnati Bengals (7-5) vs. the San Diego Chargers (4-8) has just wrapped up from Qualcomm Stadium.
It was a hard fought defensive battle all the way through but the Bengals came out victorious.
Cincinnati stays alive in its efforts to get back to the postseason in consecutive years.
For the Chargers, however, it is a different story.
With the team unable to finish above .500 this season, it could mark the end of the Norv Turner era in San Diego. The Chargers are a talented team, but seem to underachieve on a consistent basis. It will be interesting to see how it all shapes up toward the end of the season for the Bolts.

The Bengals and Chargers both provided valiant efforts in today's game. It was one of the more exciting games of the week and was decided in the final seconds of the game.
The Chargers held a 13-10 halftime lead in a defensive struggle.
Cincinnati roared back in the second half with 10 points of its own to beat the Bolts by a score of 20-13.
Neither quarterback in this contest played extremely well, however, the edge went to Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton as he ran in a crucial touchdown when it mattered most.
Both defenses are to credit in this game as they held opposing offenses to numerous three-and-outs.
The Bengals were able to come away with the victory mainly because they won the field position battle throughout the game.
It seemed as this game would head into overtime when the Chargers drove down inside the Bengals red-zone with seconds left of the clock.
However, an errant pass by Philip Rivers was intercepted by Bengals safety Reggie Nelson to finish off the Bolts comeback bid.
All in all, this was a hard fought game by both teams during yet another very exciting week in the NFL.

The penalty pushes the Bolts back too far as Novak can not connect from 54-yards out leaving the game 13-10 in favor of the Chargers.
