If you're not throwing the ball successfully in today's NFL, then you're likely not scoring points. And if you're not scoring points, you're probably not winning.

While the aforementioned statement likely involves a number or NFL teams, not all are in a position to draft a quarterback in 2012. Some are working with their recent QB draft picks, or they quite simply have more pressing needs.

This year's class of quarterbacks is not at lofty as its 2012 predecessor—a class that featured Robert Griffin III and Andrew Luck—but there is still talent at the position.

West Virginia's Geno Smith and USC's Matt Barkley will headline the marquee, while Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson and the signal-caller from Tennessee, Tyler Bray, do have upside.
