Full time: West Ham 3-1 Chelsea
Allardyce made a telling change at half time, throwing on Mo Diame, who dominated the second half. This victory was thoroughly deserved for the Hammers, who wanted it more, as the Blues seemed to just quit on their new, interim-manager Benitez.
Big questions will be asked of how Chelsea surrendered a 1-0 lead so meekly and showed little desire or character in the moments of adversity inflicted upon them by a relentless West Ham.
Mo Diame was man of the match, by a distance, and Chelsea have now gone seven matches without a victory in the league. Where does Benitez go from here? Could Roman Abramovich seriously consider sacking him already? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments section below.
West Ham 3-1 Chelsea
90'–Ashley Cole makes a horrendous error and gifts Maiga possession, who tees up Taylor, who slides it towards the bottom corner. Cech saves well, but Maiga is there to put in the rebound. Chelsea is disarray and Allardyce celebrates like a child on the sidelines.
GOAL!!! MAIGA!!!
89'–Chelsea have been utterly useless in this second half. The Blues have allowed the Hammers to have their way and have been powerless to stop them. Embarrassing how Chelsea have surrendered this match after taking the lead.
West Ham 2-1 Chelsea
85'–Cole holds the ball up well, backing into Mikel, before teeing up Diame on the edge of the area, completely unmarked, who lashes home a half-volley to sent Upton Park into raptures. Game over?
GOAL!!! DIAME!!!
I reckon Ashley Cole is the greatest player in history at clearing the ball off the line!

84'–Oscar works half a yard of space and blazes a shot agonisingly wide of a post, Chelsea looking desperate now and lacking composure on the ball.
82'–West Ham swing a lovely corner into the box and Tomkins meets it, flush, beating Cech, but Cole is on the line to clear the danger. Blues living dangerously.
81'–Jarvis is sent through, one on one, but Cahill is quick to recover and maybe does just enough to put off the West Ham player. His shot is driven towards the right corner and saved brilliantly by Cech.
Wish my team had the luxury of replacing Eden Hazard with Oscar. #Jealousy

78'–Torres drifting to the right now, putting in some lovely crosses... But there's nobody in there! Why? I here you ask, that would be because Chelsea's striker has decided to play on the wing. Pointless.
76'–Chelsea will kick themselves if they don't win here, as the completely controlled the first half and had several glorious opportunities to score. West Ham, on the balance of play, deserve their point, as it stands, but they should never have had the opportunity to draw level.
75'–Mata is getting time and space in the middle, but it only appears to me that Moses is offering movement and darting runs. Torres, on the other hand, is completely static and offering nothing. Lucas Piazon was warming up earlier, surely Rafa has to change this? Time running out.
72'–That is the last action of the game for Hazard, who has been much better today, but Oscar comes on to replace the Belgian. Benitez' first shuffle of the pack in this must-win match. Fascinating final 20 minutes await!
71'–Jaaskelainen completely scuffs a kick out of goal and it falls to Hazard, who shoots with the keeper miles out of goal, but the ball falls harmlessly wide. Bit of a let off for the West Ham goalkeeper.
69'–Benitez looks a little shocked on the Chelsea bench, almost helpless to change this huge swing in momentum. Aside from Mata's gorgeous free kick, West Ham have been rampant this second half.
66'–Replays of that Cole goal again, it's just a blatant foul, clear as day. Cole is climbing all over the Chelsea defender, outrageous miss from the referee.
65'–It's a horrid challenge on Mikel by Noble, who receives a yellow card. Juan Mata steps up and guides a wonderful free kick onto the cross bar, with Jaaskelainen completely beaten.
West Ham 1-1 Chelsea
63'–You can't say they don't deserve this, but the way it has come about is a complete injustice as Carlton Cole climbs all over Ivanovic to head West Ham level after Jarvis' good work down the left.
GOAL!!! CARLTON COLE!!!
59'–West Ham continue to look dangerous, mainly through the dynamic work of Mo Diame, who is driving forward with real purpose. Nolan is picking up the scraps, unlike the first half and West Ham are finally forcing Chelsea to make mistakes. Game on!!
56'–Lovely footwork by Jarvis, who plays a one-two with Nolan and Cech has to scramble out of his goal to avert the danger, despite several West Ham shirts waiting behind him on the goal line. Very dangerous from West Ham, who should perhaps have drawn level.
