BRISTOL, TN - MARCH 20: Scott Speed, driver of the #82 Red Bull Toyota leads Brian Vickers, driver of the #83 Red Bull Toyota and Michael Waltrip, driver of the #55 NAPA Toyota during practice for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway on March 20, 2009 in Bristol, Tennessee. If today's qualifying is any preview to how Red Bull driver Scott Speed's weekend is going to be, he should sitting comfy in the top 35 heading into Martinsville.

Speed was 19th fastest in practice for the Food City 500 and rolled off the qualifying grid 13th today. He brought his No. 82 Toyota to the track, and when qualifying was over, he had qualified just shy of his first career top 10 start, with an 11th.

Speed should have a good weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway (also known as "Thunder Valley" or "The Bull Ring"), or maybe Speed can make it the Bristol "Red" Bull Ring.

Teammate Brian Vickers will roll his No.83 Red Bull Toyota off 27th in the Food City 500.

The question that still remain's, is whether Speed can gain enough points on the other people ahead of him as he currently sit's 37th in the points.

Speed actually held the pole, before Jeff Gordon knocked him off after only three car's.

This is Speed's career best qualifying in the Sprint Cup.

Good luck this weekend Speed
