More than a year after Texas Rangers Baseball Partners and its bankruptcy plan administrator sued Tom Hicks in state district court, accusing the ballclub’s former owner of using $30 million in team dough to buy land and build parking lots around the Ballpark in Arlington, a settlement has been reached.
