The New York Jets Are on the Clock for the 2013 NFL Draft
After seemingly getting back on track against the St. Louis Rams two weeks ago, the New York Jets completely embarrassed themselves against the New England Patriots in front of a national television audience on Thanksgiving night.
While it's pretty clear the Jets' season is over and that the team needs to start looking toward the offseason and the draft, how the organization moves forward will depend greatly on whether or not general manager Mike Tannenbaum and/or head coach Rex Ryan return for 2013.
In the video above, Matt Miller and I look at the massive clean-up job in store for whoever is answering Woody Johnson's phone calls and in charge of football operations for the Jets.
Obviously, quarterback remains a problem for a team that has stuck with current starter Mark Sanchez through a whole host of struggles. There has been little improvement from Sanchez, though to be fair, he has been robbed of a lot of the talent around him, either by guys moving on in free agency or due to injury.
Outside of the quarterback issue, there is a whole laundry list of needs for the Jets, and Matt has some intriguing prospects who could help the Jets out going forward.
Let us know in the comments below which positions and/or prospects the Jets should have their eyes on heading into Bowl Season.
