IRVING, Texas-- The Cowboys will be without their top two tacklers for the rest of the season with Bruce Carter joining fellow linebacker Sean Lee on injured reserve.
According to a source, the Cowboys will place Carter on injured reserve because of a dislocated left elbow suffered on Thanksgiving against Washington and sign Brady Poppinga.
