Cleveland Browns at Oakland Raiders: NFL Pigskin Preview for Week 13

Josh Zerkle@JoshZerkleChief Writer IIINovember 26, 2012

The Cleveland Browns have not won a road game all season. They won't get a better chance than this one.

The Oakland Raiders (3-8) have not seen the Dennis Allen era take off as the team had hoped. The momentum gained by the franchise during Hue Jackson's single-season tenure of 2011 seems to be lost for good. Quarterback Carson Palmer has managed the lion's share of his production when his games have been out of hand, but even those yards were hard to come by in Week 12, when Palmer's current team was routed by his former team in Cincinnati.

Cleveland (3-8) might be finishing the 2012 season without its rookie quarterback. Brandon Weeden suffered a concussion in the Browns' win over Pittsburgh in Week 12. His status for this game is questionable. The team's need for expert passing ability downfield is not.
