The NFL playoffs aren't on the line in this Week 13 matchup, but coaching jobs might be as the Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills face off.
The Jaguars (2-9) snapped their seven-game losing streak last week against the Tennessee Titans but are still looking at the potential for the top pick next April and a new front office making that pick.
Blaine Gabbert is officially reaching "bust" status as Chad Henne has filled in admirably and rejuvenated the offense. With the pressure off of them, Mel Tucker's defense has looked better as well, though still not up to the lofty expectations they set last season.
The Bills (4-7) have only won one out of their last five, but have started to see some of the expected uptick in the play of guys like C.J. Spiller and Mario Williams. Still, this team spent too much money this offseason to be playing under-.500 ball, and it's extremely possible they could have all new leadership in 2013 as well. Getting beat by the Jaguars could certainly expedite that process.
