Vikings defensive end Jared Allen said he wasn't trying to hurt Bears offensive guard Lance Louis when he knocked Louis from the game on Antoine Winfield's interception return in the third quarter on Sunday, Nov. 25. Louis left the game with a left knee injury, and the Bears -- who were already thin at guard -- had to move tackle Gabe Carimi to the position.
