PARADISE ISLAND, Bahamas -- Trevor Mbakwe used the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament to show he was back.
The University of Minnesota's bruising senior forward wasn't the most dominant post player in the three games in the Bahamas. But Mbakwe definitely proved he could be the inside presence the Gophers (6-1) were missing last season when they struggled in the Big Ten and missed the NCAA tournament for the second straight year.
