When people list off their ideas for dream matches, it usually involves two top stars. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who has Damien Sandow vs. Triple H on their list.

However, this is a match that WWE really needs to make happen. It's a match that will help elevate Damien Sandow into the main event, and it will also be a moment that Triple H can point to when critics accuse him of being selfish.

Even with his status as semi-active right now, Triple H still remains one of the top stars in the business. Since he's still capable of headlining pay per view events, fans will more than likely believe that Damien Sandow is credible if he can keep up in a feud.

If you really study Damien Sandow and his performance, you'll see that the guy excels in just about every facet of professional wrestling. He simply needs a memorable program and bragging rights in order to get to the next level.

The back story is already written, as a lot of fans still remember the night when Triple H and a reunited D-Generation X assaulted Damien Sandow on the special 1000th episode of Monday Night Raw. The writers only need to add a couple of more chapters to that story.

Another thing that makes this program appealing is that it can be easily marketed. Triple H is the "Cerebral Assassin," and Damien Sandow is a character who takes far too much pride in being cerebral.

There's still enough time to build this up as an upper tier match at Wrestlemania 29. After that, WWE would have the luxury of another top level performer to throw into the mix.
