Cincinnati Bengals (-8) over Oakland Raiders
It may be a bit surprising to see the 5-5 Bengals favored by more than a touchdown, after all they are a .500 team.
After the way the team has played the last two weeks, it's more than deserved. The Bengals have won in impressive fashion the last two weeks. Double-digit victories against the New York Giants and Kansas City Chiefs have the team thinking playoff push.
With the Oakland Raiders coming into town, there's no reason to think that the trend of blowout wins will stop this week. The Raiders have lost by double digits the last two weeks and can't seem to find an identity on defense.
Expect Andy Dalton and A.J. Green to hook up early and often as the Bengals beat the Raiders by more than eight at home.
Indianapolis Colts (-3) over Buffalo Bills
The Indianapolis Colts are coming off a 59-24 blowout loss at the hands of the New England Patriots, but they should be in line to earn redemption this week.
The Colts welcome Buffalo to Indy and the fact the Colts are at home could be the deciding factor. The young Colts are 4-1 at home this season as opposed to 2-3 on the road this season.
Buffalo, on the other hand, has been awful on the road. The Bills have a record of 2-4 away from home and three of those losses have come by more than 10 points.
The Colts have shown that they can come through as a favorite or underdog at home this season, and that's a trend that should continue as the Colts beat Buffalo by at least a touchdown in this one.
Baltimore Ravens (-1) over San Diego Chargers
The Ravens will travel cross-country to visit the Chargers. The Chargers are probably getting a little bit more respect than they deserve due to playing at home, but their record indicates that won't matter.
In four home games, the Chargers are only 2-2 with both wins coming over questionable competition in Kansas City and Tennessee and both losses coming to good competition against Denver and Atlanta.
The Ravens have struggled on defense this season, but the offense has been explosive as ever. With a three-game winning streak going for them, expect the Ravens to look a lot like the Broncos and Atlanta did in San Diego.
The Ravens should roll in this one.
