South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney had an MRI taken on his injured knee Monday, but the result showed nothing more serious than a bruise.
Clowney sat out last week’s practices and game against Wofford while dealing with the knee and a foot problem that will likely need to be repaired surgically in the offseason.
