The Detroit Lions have been rumored to be interested in Jay cutler. Although Cutler is not an elite quarterback, he is still better than any rookie quarterback. I believe the Lions should acquire him if they are able to.

Think about it, with Cutler on the roster, they could easily select Jason Smith—the standout tackle from Baylor—with their first overall pick, and move Jeff Backus over to guard.

Now, I know what you're thinking: What should they give up for him? Well, like I said before, Cutler is not an elite quarterback at this point of his career, but he can become one with the right talent around him. That's why I believe the 20th pick should do it.
