The backup quarterback is always the most popular guy in town, at least when the starter isn't getting the job done. That's the case in Oakland, and it's time to officially put the Raiders on the clock for the 2013 NFL draft.

Elika Sadeghi and I take a look at the Raiders' biggest needs—including the future of the most important position in football. Do the Raiders have their quarterback of the future already on the roster? Terrelle Pryor remains an unknown after being picked up in the 2011 Supplemental Draft, but he is something that Palmer isn't—an exciting playmaker who can open up the Oakland offense.
