Ohio State lost to Purdue 65-61 in the Big Ten Tournament championship, after finishing in a three-way tie for fourth place in the regular season standings. 


Evan Turner had 22 points and 10 boards in the defeat. The loss also broke a four-game winning streak and cost the Buckeyes a higher seed in the NCAA tourney.


Siena meanwhile took the MAAC title with a 77-70 win over Niagara in Times Union Center. The win was the fourth in a row for Siena.


Kenny Hasbrouck  scored 19 points for the Saints and Ryan Rossiter had a double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds. Siena was also the regular-season conference champ with a 16-2 record.


The Saints led the league in scoring at 77.9 points per game.
