The Pittsburgh Steelers' injury-riddled season continued on Sunday, as running back Isaac Redman was forced to leave the game after a blow to the head.

UPDATE: Sunday, Nov. 25 at 11:50 a.m. by Alex Kay

Isaac Redman seems to have passed all his concussion tests and has been left off the Steelers Week 12 inactive list, according to the Akron Beacon Journal's Nate Ulrich.

The RB will likely suit up and see some snaps against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon.

If you are using for fantasy purposes, feel free to insert him into the starting lineup against a weak Browns rushing defense. While his upside is limited with the concussion and presence of Jonathan Dwyer and Rashard Mendenhall, Redman could put together a nice little game.

Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.

Redman is making progress in his recovery from a concussion, though he isn't out of the woods just yet.

According to Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Redman passed his first test and will be practicing today.

Redman had just one carry for five yards last week against the Ravens. With the Steelers already missing Ben Roethlisberger, they don't need anymore bad news on the offensive side of the ball.

UPDATE: Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 1:08 p.m. ET by Tyler Conway

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that Redman performed well on his concussion tests and the team is hopeful he'll play in Week 11, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Ed Bouchette:

A critical inter-division matchup against the Cleveland Browns is upcoming on Sunday, so Redman being in the lineup would be a huge boon for Pittsburgh.

According to the Baltimore Ravens' official Twitter account, Redman has a concussion and will not return to Sunday night's game:

According to Bob Labriola of Steelers Digest, the 28-year-old is being tested for a concussion and is obviously questionable to return:

Isaac Redman is being evaluated for a possible concussion, return is questionable. Ziggy Hood has a back injury, return is questionable.

Just another couple of injuries for Mike Tomlin's squad, which seemingly has new problems arise just about every week.

The powerful Redman has had some standout games this year, including 147 yards on 26 carries two weeks ago against the New York Giants, but with Rashard Mendenhall and Jonathan Dwyer back this week, this is a blow the Steelers will likely be able to survive.

At the time of Redman's injury, he had one carry for five yards. Dwyer had three carries for 11 yards while Mendenhall had three for eight against the normally-stout Baltimore Ravens defense.

We'll be sure to keep you updated as more becomes known about Redman's injury.
