Heisman Power Rankings: Week 13 Edition

B/R StudiosFeatured ColumnistNovember 18, 2012

If you were waiting for a massive Heisman shakeup, you got just that in Week 12.

Although it didn’t look like there was much going in, we head to Week 13 with a much different outlook on the season and a new look when it comes to the ultimate (individual) piece of college football hardware.

Remember when West Virginia’s Geno Smith couldn’t lose this award? Then remember when Kansas State's Collin Klein was a lock?

It’s a long season.

Two massive upsets have our rankings looking much different from how they’ve shaped up in the past few weeks, and our new favorite has a simple yet most-fitting nickname for how he plays the game.

Or, is this the year a defensive player finally wins the award? We’re getting awfully close to that point, although it will still take quite a bit in the closing weeks.
