The Knicks kept their composure and showed a lot of moxie in coming from behind to topple the West-leading Spurs in San Antonio Thursday night. The next night in Memphis, they lost their cool and channeled Rasheed Wallace in a team-wide meltdown that cost them a chance to defeat the Grizzlies and remain the NBA’s last undefeated team.
