With the lineup having just been released for the 2012 WWE Survivor Series at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, plenty of drama is sure to unfold when the event kicks off on Sunday.

People may be glued to their TVs to watch another sport of massive male aggression that America also loves for most of Sunday, but there is plenty of reason to turn away from the NFL and hook up to pay-per-view to catch this one at 8 p.m. ET.

Check out the three most exciting matches on the card, and why each one is so significant and captivating.

Triple Threat WWE Championship Match

Matchup: CM Punk vs. Ryback vs. John Cena

CM Punk has had the belt for a while now, and putting it on the line against the likes of Cena and the massive, 290-plus-pound Ryback should make for an extremely entertaining matchup.

So much is at stake. Whoever wins this one will be the new champion but will also have to defend the belt for sure against The Rock at the 2013 Royal Rumble. The presumed opponent everyone wants to see take on The Rock is CM Punk, but the WWE storyline could take an unexpected twist.

There is plenty to hold fans' interest here despite sentiment that the outcome of CM Punk emerging victorious may already be determined.

World Heavyweight Championship Match

Matchup: Big Show vs. Sheamus

The massive seven-footer is a seven-time world champion and will put his heavyweight belt on the line in another showdown with Sheamus, the last holder of the belt who the Big Show beat in October's Hell in a Cell.

This gritty rematch should stir plenty of excitement, as the veteran Big Show attempts to keep his emerging rival away from the belt after holding it for six months in 2012. As technically stellar as both of these wrestlers are, Sheamus may continue to struggle since he gives up about 180 pounds to Big Show.

Sheamus may find himself in a difficult spot if he's hit too hard, and may find it difficult to get up from a series of pins. Either way, he will be extra motivated to take his title back in Indianapolis.

WWE Divas Championship Match

Matchup: Kaitlyn vs. Eve Torres

No men will be ashamed to say that they are eagerly anticipating this one. Torres is the champion, but she is sure to encounter a formidable challenge against Kaitlyn. Critics will say that professional wrestling is fake and whatnot, yet don't for a second think that these two women can't bring it in the ring.

The Hybrid Diva is a powerful wrestler who has some positive experience to draw on having pinned Torres on November 6, but Torres has the advantage of being trained in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (h/t SLAM! Sports).

This could wind up being the most entertaining match on the card.
