The votes have been tallied, and this year's American League and National League Most Valuable Players have been decided. It was a tight race in the American League, with Miguel Cabrera and Mike Trout as the frontrunners. Cabrera had the coveted triple crown, but was he as well-rounded of a player as Trout?

The National League MVP race is also a hot one, with last year's most valuable Ryan Braun and Buster Posey leading the way. Posey was not only this year's Comeback Player of the Year, but also a World Series champ with a .336 average. Braun had the power numbers of an MVP, but was his PED scandal detrimental to him in the voting?
