Davidson-South Carolina: Stephen Curry's 32 Points Lead Wildcats Past Gamecocks
The Davidson Wildcats, who were snubbed from the NCAA Tournament, defeated the South Carolina Gamecocks, 70-63.
Stephen Curry led his Wildcats with 32 points and teammate Andrew Lovedale added 17 points and nine rebounds.
South Carolina was led by Devan Downey who had 18 points.
With 9:15 to go, Downey made a basket to tie it up at 51-all.
But Curry went on to score 13 of the next 15 points in the next eight minutes as the Wildcats advanced to 27-7 on the season and to the second round of the NIT.
