The Ravens re-signed former Pittsburgh Steelers backup quarterback Dennis Dixon to the practice squad and cut rookie safety Omar Brown to create a spot for him.
Dixon was cut earlier this month from the Ravens' practice squad.
Five seasons into his NFL career, Dixon incorrectly assumed that he was no longer eligible to join a practice squad.
