Here’s a look at LestersLegends sit and start advice as you set your lineups for the 11th week of the 2012 NFL season.

Start: Carson Palmer, Oakland Raiders

Palmer is averaging 302.6 yards per game this season and 328.4 yards and a pair of touchdowns in his past five games. He has eight touchdown passes in the past three games and 782 passing yards in his past two.

Palmer should continue to roll against New Orleans. The Saints have allowed 19 touchdowns and 307.3 yards per game through the air.

Sit: Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens

It is hard to sit someone who just threw for 341 yards and three touchdowns, but he has a tough matchup with Pittsburgh. The Steelers rank first in pass defense (171.1 yards allowed per game).

They are one of nine teams to allow 11 or fewer touchdown passes.

Running Backs

Start: BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Cincinnati Bengals

The Firm hasn't reached 70 yards in five straight games and has just one touchdown in his past six. The Chiefs rank 23rd in run defense (122.6 yards allowed per game).

Green-Ellis averages 74.3 total yards and 0.5 touchdowns on the road and 60.2 total yards and 0.2 touchdowns at home. He's playing in Arrowhead.

Sit: Indianapolis Colts Running Backs

Vick Ballard and Donald Brown are splitting carries. Against New England the Colts will likely be pass-heavy. Plus, the Patriots rank ninth in run defense (96.8 yards allowed per game).

Wide Receivers

Start: Denarius Moore and Darrius Heyward-Bey, Oakland Raiders

Moore is averaging 71.9 yards with five touchdowns in eight games. He's averaging 84 yards with two scores in his past three games.

Meanwhile, DHB is averaging 68.3 yards and 0.5 touchdowns in his past four games. They should both do well against the Saints aforementioned weak secondary.

Sit: Brandon Lloyd, New England Patriots

Yes, Lloyd scored twice in London, but only has 79 yards in his past three games combined. He only has two games with more than 70 yards.

Tight Ends

Start: Brandon Pettigrew, Detroit Lions

Pettigrew has had 60 yards or a touchdown in six of the nine games this year. He had 116 yards in his last meeting with Green Bay. There will be plenty of passing in Motown.

Pettigrew is averaging 72.7 yards per game at home compared to 33.2 on the road.

Sit: Vernon Davis, San Francisco 49ers

Davis is averaging 33.7 yards in his past three games. He hasn't scored in six straight and has been held below 60 yards in seven of nine games.

Start: Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons normally allow the opposition to move the ball, ranking 20th in total defense (365.6 yards allowed per game). They buckle down when it matters though, ranking sixth in scoring defense (19.3 points allowed per game).

The Cardinals have issues on offense, ranking 31st in both total offense (295.4) and scoring offense (16.0). Plus, they allow more sacks (41) than anyone.

Sit: Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers didn't look good against Kansas City. No way would I trust them against Baltimore.
