Will Notre Dame Take Care of Business in a Trap Game Against Wake Forest?

The Irish got some major help last weekend, and they need a little more to earn a spot in the BCS title game. Although we're counting decimals and surveying polls at this point, the situation is quite clear.

Notre Dame needs Oregon or Kansas State to lose to get into the big game. Throw "style points" out the window. Brian Kelly's group needs to take care of business and hope for help.

From what they can control, taking care of business will bring the Irish home this weekend against a Wake Forest team they should dominate. As we've seen, however, Notre Dame doesn't always make it look easy. Also, their game against USC is on the horizon.

We're running out of weeks and teams that have a legitimate shot at these two spots. Notre Dame is very much in the mix and looks to stay in that mix.
